Securely place the electronics in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, cables, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

Ship the Package

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
